To provide flexibility in accessing our treatments, TAGS offers individual ala-carte treatments or packaged treatments, giving you the choice to opt for a single treatment or bundled packages at competitive rates.

Following your consultation with our healthcare practitioner, who has tailored a treatment plan based on a professional assessment of your condition, we aim to ensure transparency regarding your rights and responsibilities. Please carefully review the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Individual Ala-Carte Treatments or Package Treatments:

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
It is the responsibility of all TAGS customers to thoroughly read and understand these terms and conditions. Purchasing any TAGS services or programs implies acceptance of the prevailing terms and conditions outlined herein.

Treatment Validity and Expiry:
Unless otherwise specified, all treatments or sessions purchased are valid for 6 (six) months or one (1) year from the date of the invoice, depending on the package availability as stated. Upon expiration, any unused treatments or sessions become void. The unused value is non-refundable and non-extendable.

Usage and Transferability:
A. Individual ala-carte treatments or packaged treatments are intended for use by the named patient only and are strictly non-transferable to others.

B. They cannot be exchanged for goods, vouchers, or alternative services.

Refund Policy:
A. Treatments or sessions are non-refundable except in cases where a valid medical reason, certified by an authorized medical doctor, is provided.

B. Refunds are subject to deductions for services already redeemed at normal single treatment tariff rates and a 5% administrative charge.

Cancellation and Practitioner’s Discretion:
The attending TAGS healthcare practitioner reserves the absolute right to cancel the purchased programmes as he deems fit and proper. In such event, TAGS shall refund to the patient any remaining value in the purchased programmes subject to 5% administrative charge. The remaining value shall be computed by deducting from the total purchase pre-paid sessions, the sessions utilized at pro-rated discounted rate. The instances in which such cancellations may be
made include, but are not limited to:

a) Medical condition of the customer who in the opinion of the practitioner is not medically fit or suitable for treatment; or

b) Death and/or disability to the Customer or such other similar compassionate reasons affecting the Customer such that would render further treatment impossible.

Tariff Card Amendments:
While all information on our Tariff Card is accurate at the time of printing, TAGS reserves the right to modify or withdraw offerings and prices without prior notice.

Appointment and Cancellation:
A. Customers are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointments; latecomers may be rescheduled at TAGS’ discretion.

B. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. TAGS reserves
the right to deduct “as redeemed” the scheduled treatment from the customer’s existing treatments in case of a no-show without notification.

Deposits:
All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable.
