I came to the hospital in the middle of the night because my son had dislocated his leg. The staff who answered our questions over the phone understood us well. When I arrived at the hospital, I met a wonderful doctor. His name is Dr.firdaus. He treated the child without scaring him. On the way home, I was prescribed some medicine syrup. Thanks to you, I can enjoy the rest of my life in Malaysia, thank you 🥲🩷
I recently visited ALTY for an MRI, and I must say the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable, which really helped ease any anxiety I had about the procedure.I want to particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by Siti Nurul Nabihah. She was incredibly attentive and ensured that every aspect of my visit was handled with care. From scheduling my MRI to coordinating my consultation with Dr. Wong, and even assisting with the payment process, she made everything seamless. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful day so much more manageable.The level of care and professionalism at ALTY is truly outstanding. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Palani Ramasamy for directing me to such a top-notch facility.I highly recommend ALTY.
Had my first successful total knee replacement (TKR ) for the right leg, done in April by Prof Dr Ruslan who is a skillful and very experienced surgeon. Dr Ruslan came highly recommended by my rheumatologist in KPJ Tawakal and a personal friend who had a hip replacement done by him too. I concurred with their faith and good judgement for this doctor who made me feel 100% comfortable in every way, during the whole surgical process.I am back again at ALTY for my second TKR for the left leg. Special mention to Mr Stefan Yap, an exceptional and knowlegeable physio therapist who has helped me so much with my recovery during my first operation and this round again. My appreciation also to all the support staff and Florence Nightingales of this hospital ie. Nur Afifah, Nurul, Azie, Nicholson & Nurse Manager Elaine. You guys are awesome for going above and beyond to make your patients comfortable. Thank you.
Expensive, thats fine. Yet service are bad. Nobody pickup phone. Doctor arent really good. Cannot cure early symptom ask you to wait until its chronic then come again to fix with operation.
I had ACL and Meniscus repair surgery on my left knee, done by Dr. Sureshan Sivananthan on July 15, 2024. The operation went smoothly, and the post-surgery care was great . On the day of my surgery, I had a lot of pain in my knee, but the nurse who attended to me was incredibly caring and patient, making a huge difference in my comfort while at the hospital.Dr. Suresh was really thorough in his consultations, both before and after the surgery. He explained all the post-care methods in detail and made me feel at ease, which I really appreciated. Even during my consultations, he is always positive about the recovery which is reassuring.It's been 15 days since the surgery, and I've had several physiotherapy sessions at ALTY. These sessions have been incredibly helpful.Karthini and the team have been excellent, guiding me through the sessions and boosting my confidence. Walking on the anti-gravity treadmill was particularly fun and encouraging. Plus, the ultrasound and shockwave therapy have really helped with my surgery wounds.It's actually quite amusing how you learn to walk again after surgery. I'd like to thank Karthini for being so patient with my sessions.I'm now walking with a single crutch, and it's only been two weeks. I can feel myself getting better every day.As an expat, I really appreciate the support I received at the hospital. The whole experience has been very positive, and I feel optimistic about my recovery. I'm actually looking forward to my physiotherapy sessions!
I had knee injury after a routine badminton session. Went to ALTY and was referred to the physio by the Doctor.I have been treated by Ms Kaartihini since February. She was very attentive to the condition of the knee at that time which was inflamed. The knee was treated with ultrasound and shockwave therapy. She also taught various exercises to strengthen my knee.After sometime and two second opinions, I decided to go for ACL reconstruction surgery. The surgery was due in May.Ms Kaartihini helped me throughout my pre-op. She was also stern and kept reminding on the importance of pre-op physiotherapy.That helped to prep me for the op. I did my surgery at another hospital but insisted to go for physio at ALTY. The reason is solely because of Ms Kaartihini and her team who are all equally empathetic, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I gain more confidence after every physio session to come back to my normal life. Will graduate to running in a couple of weeks. 😅My recovery has been very well so far. I've started to walk without crutch on week 4 itself.Surgeon is very pleased with my recovery and recovery rate as well. I am unsure if this would be the case of I had not gone for pre-op therapy.My sincere thanks to Ms Kaartihini and her ALTY physio team.Disclaimer: My 5-star rating is only for the Physiotherapy Team.
I visit Alty for the following reasons:1. I follow Dr. Ruslan from KPJ; he performed my left knee surgery two years ago and a few more operations when he was there. Since I've known him for 16 years, he is an extremely skilled surgeon who has a deep understanding of his patients.2. I enjoy the psychotherapists at Alty; they are skilled, knowledgeable, and amiable. They have outstanding diagnostic skills; they can determine the source of my pain and how to manage it.I am currently receiving treatment from Mr. Stefan, who is the best. Although the pain and area are different, he will always know how to treat it. I am suffering from an injury to my OA knee and heel spur foot.Occupational Therapist (OT) Nurul used to treat my hand and shoulder as well. I learned from her that I have hypermobility joints, meaning that my joints degrade more quickly. My awareness of the need to look for myself has increased as a result of her therapy for my hand and shoulder. She used to treat me, but now that she is no longer here, I had to cease my OT session.But after these two years of physiotherapy sessions, I believe this center needs more equipment. For example, several kinds of bicycles, a leg press machine and enough hot and cold pads.3.Also, just as importantly, Erma, who never fail to assist me in scheduling a last-minute appointment with Dr. Ruslan whenever I DM her. I owe her. 😍One big area to improve is that this hospital has no place to access in food. If possible to have cafeteria that offer local food.
Alty the best💕1. I was 1st admitted on 22 Dec 2022 with severe lower back pain.Doctor figure out slipped disc. Then I admitted several times for neck pain recently.2. ALTY have open MRI & closed MRI, claustrophobic people as me have choice of open MRI. The staff in MRI/Xray depart so friendly & motives you, calm downs you & treat me so patiently.3. I’m Dr.Lim patient past 2years. Every visit he explains things clearly & someone who open to listen patient opinions. Never ever pressure me to follow treatment as he wishes. I wish him always good health & life.4. The procedure here always fast. Business team makes things easy for GL request, they know well about insurance procedure.5. Nurses here are Gem. I was admitted here 4/5times. All the admission I’m being alone no one to company with me. Nurses here make me feel as family & took care of me with kind & lovingly. They even motivates me & cheers me. I love you guys. I only remember Katherine name, there are many nurses makes me feel like their friends from level 5,6, emergency department. There’s one nurse (malay) close to my heart,I have been admitted with severe pain & with alot of stress from work & personal. She gives me a tight hug even without knowing my personal stress issue. She hugs me, counseling me to overcome everything with confidently. Her hugs on that day lift me up to fight all my health issue & others. Hope to see her again & wish only the best for u❤️.6. Physio department is gentle & friendly. They more excited about my improvement.7. Cleanliness 100/10. The hospital is new & the room ambiance like hotel room. You can enjoy netflix , youtube,Water heater, good toiletries, towel,cute hospital gown.8. Alty food never felt like hospital food.They have options of meals. Sedap👌🏻9. Follow up appointment also went smooth.10. Parking is pricey, if admitted can get discount flat rate per day RM10.Thank you ALTY for treat patient with care not in money minded. I wish to name staff from all the departments who attended me but sadly couldn’t remember. Thank you to staff at Level 5, Level 6, Emergency department, Xray/MRI Department last but not least my Doctor Mr.Lim Sze Wei.
The medical staff af the hospital provide good service.The only fly in the ointment is one of the female senior executives at the hospital will do something unethical for her own benefit.I hope the hospital will stop the behavior of the senior executives and avoid ruining the harmony of other people's families
Nurul hand and upper limb therapist at ALTY is an experienced, caring person. She is kind, sincere , dedicated in provide physio treatment to me. Strongly recommend her.

Prof. Ruslan, who I was referred to since he was at KPJ, performed ACL surgery on my left knee. Throughout my recovery, I had outstanding care from two main physiotherapists: Kak Nurul focused on my upper body posture, while Stefan worked mostly on my knee. I had a wonderful time thanks to both of them (they’re the sweetest here!). Nearly a year later, my posture has improved thanks to Kak Nurul, and with frequent sessions with Stefan, I am now able to bend and kneel more easily, allowing me to carry on normal daily activities.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Nurul My Hand and the upper limb therapist at Alty. I was with her for almost a year. I must say she’s the best therapist so far since I have been diagnosed with my conditions. I wish she could come back and work at Alty as I felt so much better after each treatment I had with her.
Asked to do MRi and we have to go thru the process for more than 3 hours ( instead of 45 mins informed earlier) and this is after office hours from 8 pm till 11 pm ( off peak time) with no patients around.
Visited Dr Lokman for my foot pain at ALTY. Happy and understandable. Thank you also the other staff.
Services was ok doctor is good, but when billing explaination was very unclear for insurance claim and impatient. During admission i have found a button in my lunch meal when i almost finish eat found it in mix vegetable dish.
Too long a wait for a private hospital..paid so much n yet wait like in govt hospital. Nurses making so much noise..talking amongst themselves.. should improve on waiting system ..not everyone is free ..patient can lose their patience too! Waited from 9am to 4.30 pm. Adoi!
My experience at ALTY was exceptional, largely due to the professionalism of Prof. Dr. Ruslan and Sheila's outstanding wound care expertise. Prof. Dr. Ruslan demonstrated extensive medical proficiency, while Sheila's dedicated and skilled approach to wound care was impressive. The staff's professionalism and friendliness made my visit both comfortable and reassuring.
Orthopedic specialty hospital 👍🏼Clean rooms and bathrooms, good design, satisfying staff service. I entered the hospital with insurance, the staff helped with the cashless insurance process before being hospitalized 👍🏼The doctor is kind, attentive, detailed and doesn't rush the examination.

Excellent wound care department!! Very capable, professional and empathetic to patient needs. Especially Nurse Sheila, who is highly trained and knowledgeable in the latest technologies and methods. Knowledgeable orthopaedic specialist who are also professional. The hospital seems fairly new and the rooms are great. The ward staff are very helpful, friendly and caring. The level of care I received was second to none and I would strongly recommend ALTY hospital.Having recently been a patient at Prince Court, which is awful, with the exception of a couple of staff. Prince Court seems more interested in getting payment than caring for patients. ALTY on the other hand has surprised me by showing that some people still care for patients as their number one priority and take pride in their efforts
I visited this hospital for my initial orthopedic consultation. The facility is pleasant, compact, and spans several levels. The service is relatively speedy compared to my experiences at Prince Court. However, I must say that the treatment and consultation from the specialist were mediocre. I’ll definitely choose other doctor for future visits. On the positive side, I appreciate Ms. Kartini, the physiotherapist. She's pragmatic, outspoken, and not influenced by the doctor's findings
The environment of the hospital is warm and staff are friendly. Despite being new the Consultant are much experienced in their specialty. The hospital itself is a single speciality orthopedic hospital which treats all sorts of bones related matters.Other than that they do offer Health Screening services, physiotherapy and Radiology services.The hospital is equipped with the latest technology to provide better care.Cons:1. Parking can be expensive, but do engage their lovely customer service or staff for rebates. It's advisable NOT to tag in using Touch&Go. Get a physical card instead as you can get the FLAT rate rebate.2. No ATM machine but they have various payment options available. Do discuss with them and they will able to advise you from there.3. Not much food option but can easily source as it's much near to a lot of shopping complex and can be reached by walking
My daughter Lauren who is a national footballer had surgery in July to remove the plate from her wrist following an earlier operation last year. Our experience with ALTY throughout the process was fantastic. All the personnels involved including the nurses, support team and Dr Palani who operated on her were dedicated, attentive, warm and professional. Lauren was calm throughout and the operation went smoothly. Her post surgery recovery was fast and she was able to return to exercise quite soon after the operation. Thanks ALTY!
