Found TAGS a year ago, since when the place was located in Bayan Baru to check on my neck and lower back pain due to long working hours also some injuries from sport. From chiro to rehab, their professional services provided have been helpful to me and now I have been visiting them for bi-monthly adjustment and physio for maintenance purposes.

I recently went for chiro and physiotherapy for my knocked knees and persistent foot pain. After just four sessions, I felt so much better and completely pain-free! A huge thank you to Sam, my chiropractor, and Ms.Shiva, my physiotherapist. They were both incredibly friendly and supportive. Ms. Shiva was especially nice to me and taught me all the exercises that have been a great help. Highly recommend their services!
We were attended by Chiropractor Samuel.He was able to get to the root of the different symptoms that I am displaying. He was very thorough in his explanations on the problem and also gave clear guidance on steps I can work on and actions I should stop doing so that it helps in my healing.Samuel is also very pleasant. This helps in decreasing any concerns and anxiety that I had during the consultation. He took his time during the whole consultation so it did not feel rushed at all.Will go back to Samuel anytime!

This is the best Chiro clinic i have visited, after surveying for awhile i decided to visit Tags Penang. I was met with Dr Samuel, who was exceptional in diagnosing my low back L5/S1 slipped disc. I took the Chiro/Rehab/Dts package and saw significant improvement just after 3 visits. Now im doing maintenance service to prevent any further pain. Overall much recommend for anyone looking for low back recovery and not relief 👍👍

Mr.Sam is very professional and very kind. Very detailed explanation and very good treatment, the pain in the neck and waist immediately became relieved, apart from the chiro technique there was also a combination of needle techniques (no pain at all). Highly recommended, if you go to Penang you must come here. Must make an appointment before coming.

Came to Tags with a reoccurring knee pain and decided to try physio and chiro treatments to improve it. After completing a few sessions with them, I’ve noticed my knee/legs are stronger and is less prone to injuries. The chiro and physio therapists also gave me advice and taught some exercises on how I can strengthen my knee. The staff here are friendly and professional, and the environment is very comfortable.

It’s my second visit to TAGS Penang, all the way from Indonesia. I did several treatment: chiro, physio, shockwave therapy for my mild knee osteoarthitis, plantar fasciitis & heel spur, DTS traction for spine and neck. So far it’s good. I feel some improvements and my foot feel better after shocwave, even after 6-7 months later. I recommend TAGS to do rehabilitation. Keep up the good work! 😊

My 4th time being here, I have ankle pain due to over supination of my right foot due to misalignment in my pelvic bones. Surprisingly for such a straightforward diagnosis, my former physiotherapists at Zen and Precise Rehab got wrong and tried to further gaslight me into thinking I have a “collapsed right arch” despite new evidence showing otherwise.I like that they have a proper chiropractor here and not a physiotherapist adjusting your bones (like Zen, Theraupic). My healing was slowed from Zen because the physio didn’t adjust my knees and didn’t adjust my ankles properly so I could see improvement coming here.I feel I’m on the path to recovery, finally, with TAGS. My advice for people with misaligned bones that cause pain, come to this place.

Currently 7th months pregnant, suffered with pain in left front side pelvic muscle, felt like a muscles strain due to baby weight gain. The pain has affected my daily movement, including moving and walking. I decided to come in for a consult and was referred to Physio, Aleen attended to me with much care and she is very professional. She knows exactly where the pain was. She relief the pain and improved my mobility. After treatment, I can walk better with lesser pain.
